We were responsible for the set up, operations and all creative aspects of building the world’s largest library of factual, HD video expertise at VIDEOJUG. During our tenure, the company grew to 60 employees in the U.S. and nearly 150 worldwide. We spearheaded the company’s creative mission, created proprietary production models, oversaw the company’s video formats and the production of over 15,000 digital films. Under our direction all key online indicators (uniques, impressions, etc.) doubled. We also headed up the company’s monetization efforts and were able to attract brands and major partners including Microsoft. In conjunction with MSN Video, we created and produced over 300 videos that were utilized by MSN during the 2007 “Live Earth” concert in over 45 countries around the globe and grew that relationship into an ongoing requirements contract by which the company delivered thousands of short from content pieces to MSN’s various channels.
